After talking to several contractors and getting quotes, the only company that I could trust was GTA basement experts. The detailed quote provided was outstanding. The quote demonstrated what quality of materials would be used and I had a chance to choose higher or lower quality products. They did everything I asked for and did the job according to the schedule provided. A few months after the job was done, I noticed a minor flaws in kitchenette backsplash installation. I have to say, it was a very minor issue and was not even visible unless you pay attention. When the owner contacted me to see if I am satisfied with the work, I said everything was perfect except the backsplash. I even told him that there is nothing that we can do at this point. But, he send workers to fix that minor issue to make the job “perfect”! I have to say, I didn’t expect the issue to be resolved. They had to remove a cabinet, a mirror, one row of stone backsplash, fix the issue and put them all back together! That is why I gave them 10 out of 10 and recommended to anyone looking to renovate a basement!

My basement is a rental unit and had been totally gutted for waterproofing and new drains. GTA Basement Experts rebuilt it from the ground up. I spent very little time discussing the project with Alexey and left it in his hands. The first time I inspected the job was on completion, which was on the date specified in the contract. there were no surprises and everything was done in accordance with the contract. Now, if I can only find a tenant as reliable as GTA Basement Experts.
